Custom order policies

All custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit

Please allow 4 - 6 weeks for all custom orders. We may need to order specific materials and hardware to suit your needs.

All Custom Orders require a $30 surcharge. 

Before any materials can be ordered or construction of a custom order begins, the purchaser must approve the materials and design. When the purchaser pays the 50% deposit, that constitutes approval.
