Custom order policies

All custom orders require a 20% non-refundable deposit

Please allow 4 - 6 weeks for all custom orders. We may need to order specific materials and hardware to suit your needs.

All Custom Orders require a $25 Custom Order Fee 

Will be charged before consultation and is not applied to the cost of the bag

Before any materials can be ordered or construction of a custom order begins, the purchaser must approve the materials and design. When the purchaser pays the 20% deposit, that constitutes approval.
